Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Home Inspector to conduct thorough inspections of residential properties throughout Atlanta. In this role, you will assess various aspects of properties, compile detailed reports, and offer clear recommendations to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive visual inspections of residential properties, covering structural elements, roofing, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other critical areas.
- Prepare detailed, easy-to-understand inspection reports that highlight findings, recommendations, and potential concerns.
- Communicate inspection results to homeowners, buyers, and real estate agents, translating technical details into accessible language.
- Stay informed on the latest local building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices relevant to the Atlanta market.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of professionalism during inspections.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a home inspector or a background in construction, engineering, or related fields.
- Possession of a valid home inspection license or certification as required by Georgia regulations.
