We are looking to add another Dispatcher/Office Admin to our Team.

Qualifications:
Customer interaction experience
Working knowledge of office equipment
Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Upbeat, positive attitude
Self-Motivated
1 year office experience (preferred)
(Will provide software specific training)
Responsibilities:
Dispatching (Payzerware)
Customer Service
Maintenance Agreement set up and management
Invoicing
Administrative Assistant
Answers and routes calls, as necessary, to appropriate individuals
Accurately takes and delivers messages
Maintains log of all calls requiring further action
Performs a variety of routine clerical tasks
Uses various computer applications, such as database management and word processing
Following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
Support service team with various task
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
