JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dedicated steward to join our team at Honest Hospitality. In this role your primary responsibility is to ensure the cleanliness, organization, and smooth operation of the kitchen. You will be responsible for maintaining an excellent standard of cleanliness and sanitation in all areas, including kitchen, storage areas, and public spaces. Additionally, you will assist in the setup and breakdown of Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and events, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available and properly stored.

- Perform cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in designated areas.
- Clean and polish glassware, silverware, and other utensils used in the meal room..
- Collect and dispose of trash and waste materials appropriately.
- Assist in the breakdown and storage of equipment and supplies after events or during facility closure.
- Handle and report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in hospitality or restaurant management is preferred.
- Proficiency in handling inventory and ordering processes.
- Customer-centric approach and dedication to maintaining high service standards.
