Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and other items as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for clients.
- Manage housekeeping tasks such as organizing spaces and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Execute floor care duties, including carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all assigned areas, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including carpet cleaning methods.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Ability to sanitize various surfaces effectively while adhering to health standards.
