Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various settings, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure a clean environment.
• Maintain floors through buffing and floor care techniques to enhance appearance and longevity.
• Conduct industrial cleaning tasks in various facilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with custodial duties in both residential and commercial settings, including restrooms and common areas.
• Support facilities maintenance efforts by reporting any damages or maintenance needs promptly.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and thoroughly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, custodial services, or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with buffing equipment and floor care practices is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving items as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
