We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Repair Shop Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounts receivable and payable, communicating with vendors, and managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our repair shop.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to maintain positive relationships.
- Create and manage spreadsheets using Google Sheets for tracking financial data.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in QuickBooks.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an automotive repair shop or similar environment.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
