Honey Acres is adding to our work family! Continued growth has opened up a new opportunity in our Production Department on 1st shift.
Located in Neosho, Wisconsin, Honey Acres is home to a honey museum, retail store and manufacturing plant. We produce Honey Acres' brand and private-labeled products from scratch, pack them, and ship all over the country. As an SQF certified facility, our main focus is food safety, and we strive to produce only the finest quality products for our customers.
Our team currently consists of Production Specialists who operate our production lines and a Production Manager who oversees scheduling and production activities. The role of our Production Lead will be to help fill the gap between our Production Specialists and Production Manager. The Production Lead will immediately be trained on all production equipment. After equipment training, the Production Lead will coordinate machine setup, float between daily operations providing support to Production Specialists, and troubleshoot production issues, as necessary. Our ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, has a positive attitude and willingness to learn new things, is mechanically inclined, pays attention to detail, and is committed to being part of our food safety culture.

Rate of Pay:
- $25 /hour to start
- May be more based on mechanical and managerial aptitude
Schedule:
- 1st shift
Hours:
- 6:30am - 3pm, Monday thru Friday
- Overtime available on an as needed basis
Experience:
- General Labor/Manufacturing: 1-3 year (Preferred)
