Customer Service Associate / Cashier
Honey Baked Ham is seeking a customer service associate / cashier to join our team in our Gainesville, GA location. Our customer service associates / cashiers are responsible for providing customers with a pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable shopping experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales or other related fields.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to multitask and stay focused on customer service issues while being able to multitask and work with other employees and management.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet customers upon arrival at the store and upon leaving the store.
- Provide customers with accurate information on products they are interested in as well as provide other store amenities such as free samples, coupons, etc.
- Answer questions about products and services offered at the store as well as provide information on products and services when appropriate.
- Perform cashier duties such as making purchases, counting money, paying out credit cards, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $9.50 - $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
