Driver - Portable Sanitation

A Day in the Life:
- We expect our drivers to efficiently arrive at the yard to pick up their truck and supplies.
- Our drivers spend approximately 50% of their time driving and 50% servicing and cleaning portable restrooms.
- They must communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers.
- During busy seasons, they can expect 10 hour days, including overtime and weekends.
- The job requires physical demands such as lifting, reaching, and bending.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a physically demanding role.
- They must have a clean driving record and pass the Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.
- This is a safety-sensitive position that requires pre-employment and random drug screening, including THC.
- Lifting 50-150 pounds repeatedly is a requirement for this job.
We Offer:
- Full-time, year-round work with opportunities for overtime.
- Weekly starting pay: $17.00/hour, increasing to $23.55/hour after one year (performance-based).
- The schedule typically includes 5AM shifts Monday through Friday, with some weekend work.
