What You’ll Do
- Oversee and optimize the cleaning, repair, and maintenance of all Honey Bucket units.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve peak performance and productivity.
- Monitor inventory and ensure necessary supplies are available.
- Set clear expectations and provide coaching to staff for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a well-organized and safe working environment.
- Occasionally assist with routes, pick-ups, and deliveries as needed.
- Leadership Skills: Inspire and empower your team to perform at their best.
- Supervisory Experience: Preferred, but a strong ability to lead is a must.
- Hands-On Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to troubleshoot minor vehicle and equipment issues (e.g., brakes, lights).
- Operational Knowledge: Experience with tools and equipment is a plus.
- Good Driving Record: A must for occasional driving responsibilities.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain order, follow systems, and keep paperwork in check.
- Teaching Abilities: Passion for mentoring and developing others.
- Safety Sensitive Position: Requires pre-employment Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, DOT physical, Fit for Duty assessment, and participation in random drug screening.
