What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brew Crew Member with 7am-3pm Availability position at HONEY DEW DONUTS?
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Prepare food items according to company standards and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with general cleaning and keeping the dining area clean and organized
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food products
- Follow all safety and security procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
