Honey Dew Donuts is looking for a Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for all aspects of the store and its operations.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of tasks with attention to detail and discretion. They are able to work independently while also communicating with others. This position is primarily responsible for the management of the store and its employees.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the activities of the store
- Manage inventory and stock inventory
- Oversee the hiring and training of employees
- Collaborate with co-workers to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of store at all times
- Oversee staff schedules, ensuring that there are enough staff members to carry out the store’s duties efficiently
- Conduct employee reviews and employee morale checks regularly
- Hire and train staff
- Provide ongoing training as needed regarding new products, promotions, policies, etc.
- Complete daily cash management functions
- Cash reconciliation and bank deposits
- Responsible for achieving passing scores on mystery shop visits, store inspections, and health department inspections
- Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to
- Analyze food and labor costs
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Store Manager, Sales Representative or similar role.
- Positive attitude.
- Successful completion of ServSafe Certification.
- Experience in managing large teams of employees.
- Knowledge of general management principles and procedures.
- Understanding of applicable health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational, time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Open availability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
