This position is responsible for producing high-quality donuts & pastries for our retail store. Full or part-time hours available and the shift hours typically begin at midnight and end at 7 am. Kitchen/culinary experience is a definite plus and preferred but not necessarily required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pull product from freezer
Complete icing, glazing, filling, and finishing donuts per production sheet levels
Follow detailed instructions
Work early morning hours
Maintain production equipment
Maintain sanitation of work station and kitchen
Produce glazes, icings, fillings, and toppings for the donuts if needed
Perform measures to ensure correct consistency, color, and fluidness
Communicate to supervisor ways to increase efficiency, safety, and productivity

Capable of lifting 50 pounds regularly

Ability to perform repeated actions for extended periods of time
