Are you passionate about empowering women over 50 to live vibrant, meaningful lives? A leading digital lifestyle brand is looking for a part-time Editor to join our team!

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a creative environment, with the ability to elevate our content and connect with our dynamic audience.

This is a 1099 contractor position requiring 10-15 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities

Content Editing & Writing Edit and refine new and existing blog content to ensure it matches the brand's unique voice and tone.
SEO Proficiency Optimize content using tools like SEMRush Yoast SEO , and other relevant platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.
Content Calendar Management Create and maintain a monthly blog and newsletter content calendar to ensure consistent publishing schedules and organized team collaboration.
Newsletter Creation Write compelling and clickable email newsletters with a strong understanding of best practices for high open and click-through rates.
Basic Design Use Canva to create engaging graphics and visuals for newsletters and blog posts.
Collaboration Work closely with the social media and PR teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all brand platforms and campaigns.
Software Adaptability Be resourceful and comfortable learning and utilizing software tools that support audience growth and monetization.

Requirements

Proven experience with WordPress and SEO optimization using Yoast SEO

Experience creating and managing content calendars.

Ability to match and maintain the established brand voice and tone.

Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and audience engagement.

Basic design skills using Canva

Self-motivated, adaptable, and resourceful.

Reliable availability for 10-15 hours per week.
