This role involves supporting the Lead Teacher in planning and executing lesson activities, as well as managing behind-the-scenes tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the classroom.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in lesson planning and implementation under the guidance of the Lead Teacher.
- Prepare meals and snacks for the children.
- Participate in cleaning up after meals and snacks, diaper changing or assisting in the bathroom, and maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Communicate with parents at pick-up time to discuss their child's day and address any classroom-related questions they may have.
- Engage with children during class time, while maintaining overall classroom supervision.
