Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirm bookings via phone or in-person.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and effective phone etiquette.
- Assist clients with product demos and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
- Maintain an organized reception area and ensure it is stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with salon staff to facilitate smooth operations and enhance client experience.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Support retail sales by promoting products and assisting with inventory management.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a retail or salon environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing retail sales.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Experience in product demos or sales is advantageous but not required.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for the beauty industry are essential.
