Production Baker

Fresh, cheerful, and always delicious, Honey & Rye, a neighborhood bakery since 2013, is looking for a full-time experienced, organized go-getter to help round out our production team!

Our Bakers are tasked with the timely execution of our production and daily prep list, communicating effectively with co-workers, and participating in the maintenance of a clean & organized kitchen.

Our ideal candidate is interested in training up in multiple departments, from open baker, to delivery driver, to holiday production prep.

Kitchen Manager

Wages

starting at $16 - $18 per hour

(50 cent pay differential for open baker shifts, delivery shifts starting at $18/hr)

Schedule

32 - 40 hours per week, at least one weekend day required scheduling flexibility to accommodate holiday and business needs. Shift coverage can start as early as 3:00 AM, or finish as late as 3:00 PM. (6 - 8 hour workdays)

Requirements

• Production baking experience required.
• Comfortable driving and delivering in a small sprinter van.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to stand long periods of time & lift 50 lbs.
• Dependable, flexible and team-oriented.
