Full Time Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced environment, particularly within a nightclub setting. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Aloha POS system or OpenTable.
• Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation and sanitation standards are met.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of tables, including sanitizing surfaces before and after use.
• Handle cash register transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing assistance as needed to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including restocking supplies as necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, especially in a nightclub environment.
• Familiarity with culinary terms and menu items is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help both guests and team members are essential for success in this role.
