Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Your responsibilities will include food handling, preparation, and maintaining food safety standards to deliver a top-notch dining experience.
Duties
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and assist them in placing their orders.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines.
- Ensure all food handling practices meet health and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and kitchen equipment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their experience.
- Assist in training new team members on food service protocols and customer interaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, including proper food handling and sanitation techniques.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Store hours are 10am-6pm Monday-Saturday. 11am-4pm Sunday.
