HoneyBaked Ham Co. is hiring for the Easter Holiday. This is a temporary position.
Seasonal back of house (production) associates needed for Easter. Free lunches will be catered. Flexible hours between 7:00am and 8:00pm. Closed on Easter day. No experience is needed.
Candidates MUST BE AVAILBLE to work from Wednesday, April 16th to Saturday, April 19th (dates may be extended).
We are looking for energetic team members to work, shifts can vary, PT or FT. Seasonal employees will receive a complimentary* Ham or Turkey at the end of their work week as a thank you!
This is a great moneymaker for students on vacation, out-of-state students home for the week, and anyone else that wants to make some quick money in a super fun environment filled with friendly people! Come and have some fun while making meals memorable!
*Required to work Wednesday, April 16 through Saturday, April 19th to be eligible for free ham or turkey.
SEASONAL ASSOCIATE JOB DESCRIPTION
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides outstanding customer service to customers following sales and service processes. Assists with food preparation, including lunch, catering and retail ham and turkey. Maintains store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Demonstrates superior product knowledge and effectively articulates product features and benefits.
- Follows all cleanliness and food safety processes and guidelines.
- Prepares food according to HoneyBaked’s processes and food safety and product quality standards.
- Takes initiative and remains productive throughout entire shift and takes responsibility for activities within his/her control.
- Consistently follows all processes and procedures to standard.
- Strictly adheres to HoneyBaked’s safety, security and respectful workplace policies and procedures. Living the company values every day.
- Consistently reports to work on time and in proper dress code.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
- Complies with company standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the store management team.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Requires working directly with Customers.
- Physical dexterity and mobility to perform demands of the job including working with hot torch, slicing machines.
- Requires bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting and lifting products and supplies. Back of house production associates required to lift up to 65 pounds.
