We Are Looking For Experience Professional Janitors

Job Type:

Part-time, Full-time, Contract

Schedule:

·       Monday-Friday

·       4 hours shift

 

Duties and responsibilities:            

On the job, you will be required to deliver quality cleaning services to our commercial clients:

·       Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows & walls

·       Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools & phones

·       Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed

·       Empty trash and recycling bins

·       Stock and maintain supply rooms

·       Vacuum, sweep and mop floors

·       Clean and maintain restrooms

·       Washing and clean windows and mirrors

·       Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions

·       Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment

·       Dust furniture and fixtures

·       Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner

 

Candidate must:

·       Speak and write English (Though fluency is not required)

·       Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

·       Legal to Work in the U. S.

·       Must be open to having a background check

·       Must have a working understanding of technology, (smartphone, GPS & email)

·       Must have the ability to commute and be comfortable working in multiple locations, this is not one location

·       Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 30 days

·       Must be able to perform all job functions safely

·       Must agree to wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes approved for this job

·       Must meet the company performance standards for the job

·       Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job

·       Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner
