Position Highlights :
52–$64 per hour, depending on experience. ($108-$133k annually)
Flexible full and part time options available - Hybrid and / or in-clinic!
Assess and treat pediatric speech, language, and communication needs.
Create and implement individualized therapy plans.
Deliver engaging therapy sessions that support meaningful progress.
Work in a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

Qualifications :
Active or pending California Speech Language Pathology License
Experience working with the pediatric population (preferred)
Fluency experience a plus, but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality standards
Commitment to fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment
Ability to work at least half of your hours in Santa Cruz, CA (preferred)
