We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Finance team and help execute this vision by building and optimizing financial products for small business owners.

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead execution for HoneyBook’s Finance suite of products by collaborating closely with engineering to enable the development of exceptional user experiences.
  • Prioritize, scope, and launch impactful financial tools by collaborating with engineering, design, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor product performance using data, customer feedback, and research insights to identify pain points and iterate rapidly.
  • Implement and analyze A / B tests to optimize conversion rates, onboarding flows, and key financial interactions.
  • Identify and leverage AI-driven solutions to enhance automation, fraud prevention, and financial decision-making.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 4-5 years of product management experience ( optional - fintech, with a focus on payments, lending, payroll, or financial automation ) .
  • Proven ability to execute and launch successful financial products , with strong attention to operational details and timelines .
  • Strong data background , with experience making decisions based on financial metrics, behavioral data, and experimentation .
  • Experience leveraging user research and insights to refine product usability and engagement.
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing A / B tests to improve user experiences and increase adoption.
  • Familiarity and comfort with AI tools —bonus if you've used AI to solve complex financial product challenges .
