Your task will be to align our people strategy with our business goals, building upon the strong base we've already developed - all the while keeping a lock-tight grip on our culture as we grow. You'll own our people strategy for our US-based employees, always looking down the road to identify what will be needed next in terms of process, initiatives, structure and talent, and will also help create and drive key people initiatives for our global HoneyBookers. This role is hybrid to our SF office, 2-3 days per week (current expectation is Wednesdays and Thursdays in-office).
Here are a few of the things you'll do :
- Partner closely with the SVP of People and Ops to drive culture initiatives and ensure we maintain our culture as we scale
- Work closely with the Executive Team to develop programs that inspire employees and rally the organization around common goals, vision and values
- Lead strategic people team efforts, including talent acquisition, assessment, development, and retention, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Operate as a strategic partner to senior executives, providing expert guidance on organizational design, leadership development, and workforce planning
- Innovate the role of the US-based People and Recruiting teams, pioneering best practices and forward-thinking strategies to enhance the employee experience
- Challenge and iterate upon our organizational structure. Try bold new things
- Lead change management initiatives, guiding the organization through growth and transformation
- Develop and track key HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize workforce strategies
- Coach, mentor, and inspire a high performing team of people professionals whose functions span the entire employee lifecycle recruitment through exit
- Develop a comprehensive Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy, and insure the implementation of initiatives that further cultivate an inclusive and equitable workplace
