Responsibilities
-
Conduct a detailed final inspection of reconditioned vehicles to ensure quality and readiness for sale.

Perform a 50-mile road test on each vehicle to verify drivability, comfort, and to cycle the engine for any lingering diagnostic codes.

Confirm that all buttons, features, and vehicle operations function properly—windows, locks, radio, backup camera, safety tech, etc.

Verify vehicle cleanliness inside and out, ensuring it meets HoneyCar’s retail-ready standards.

Communicate any remaining concerns or reconditioning needs to the service or management team.

Accurately document inspection results and contribute to ongoing quality improvement.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Able to confidently test-drive all vehicle types, including manual transmission

Detail-oriented with strong observational skills

Comfortable working independently and making judgment calls on vehicle quality

Positive attitude, can-do mentality, and eagerness to improve

High school diploma or equivalent

Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
