- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and dealership regulations.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
- Manage title and registration processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Supervise and support office staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Work closely with department heads to maintain efficient dealership operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Business Office Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive accounting, dealership operations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in DMS systems (CDK) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
