To support our continued growth, we’re looking for a Corporate Reconditioning Director to oversee and optimize our reconditioning operations across all HoneyCar locations.
Position Overview :
As the Corporate Reconditioning Director , you will lead and standardize all reconditioning processes, workflows, and quality controls across multiple locations.
You’ll work closely with service managers, technicians, and inventory teams to ensure that all vehicles meet our high standards before hitting the lot.
This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of automotive reconditioning.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee reconditioning operations across all HoneyCar locations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and quality.
- Develop and implement standardized processes to streamline vehicle turnaround time while maintaining top-tier quality.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and cost-control measures to optimize reconditioning expenses.
- Lead and develop reconditioning teams, including service managers, technicians, and detailers .
- Collaborate with inventory and sales teams to align reconditioning priorities with business needs.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics , continuously improving workflow and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational regulations .
