What you’ll be doing:
- Identify and create new sales opportunities in the region.
- Represent Honeycomb Software at events and help organize/host them to increase our brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Manage the sales journey from lead qualification and presales to deal closure, becoming a trusted advisor for our clients.
- Develop business value-focused offerings tailored to customer needs.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and partners, working closely with the management team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align resources and strategies with customer goals.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Effectively manage your sales pipeline and reporting processes.
- Travel occasionally (approximately 10%) to meet clients, attend events, and represent Honeycomb Software.
What you’ll need:
- 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in IT outsourcing, digital transformation consulting, or recruitment agencies.
- Proven ability to develop new relationships, acquire new accounts, and close deals.
- Strong understanding of the USA market, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate business value effectively and present tailored solutions to potential clients.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and building partner ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage top management and drive strategy.
- Familiarity with legal requirements for closing contracts in the U.S. market.
- Active involvement in the local startup/tech community is a plus.
