ABOUT THE ROLE
The Field Marketing Specialist will report to the Marketing Manager. This person will be responsible for bringing honeygrow’s mission to life by managing the local marketing efforts for existing and new restaurants. As a key face of the business to our communities, you will build relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations to drive awareness of honeygrow through grassroots marketing, events, sponsorships, and programming.

ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive sales by creating, developing and applying innovative local marketing strategies across all restaurants.
- Work closely with field management including District Managers and General Managers to develop and evaluate restaurant marketing strategies and initiatives. Educate restaurant management teams on honeygrow’s local marketing and community programs.
- Develop an expert level of knowledge of each restaurant area by spending time in all existing and new markets.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on the effectiveness of local marketing programs and work to influence the development and evolution of these programs.
- Manage and execute NRO training previews, grand opening plans, and marketing strategy for all new restaurant openings.
- Organize and attend all local events that require marketing support, including creating and distributing coupons, sampling, etc.
- Conduct outreach to create and maintain partnerships on a local level in each of our markets to drive traffic, sales and loyalty. Reach out to potential leads for partnership, sponsorship and event opportunities.
- Performs other related duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
- 2 years restaurant or retail marketing experience preferred.
- Event Marketing experience preferred.
- Ability to motivate others, deal with ambiguity, and effectively collaborate in decision making.
- Flexibility to travel frequently, with significant time driving to and visiting restaurant locations.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Please note that this is not a remote position. honeygrow’s Restaurant Support Center (HQ) is located in Philadelphia, PA.
