Working within the Training and Operations Support Team, you will help bring honeygrow’s mission to life by creating and maintaining a best-in-class Team Member and Restaurant Manager training program. The Training Program Manager reports to the VP of Operations Services. Working within the Training and Operations Support Team, you will help bring honeygrow’s mission to life by creating and maintaining a best-in-class Team Member and Restaurant Manager training program. The role of Training Program Manager is a position with great potential for growth in a company that is rapidly expanding.
ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Through direct partnership with our restaurant operators, identify organizational training needs to create and execute a learning strategy and training program.
- Assess the success of existing training programs and adjust their components to support our restaurant operators better.
- Ability to identify, design, and create new programs, support articles, print materials, E-Learning courses, and videos that will have a direct positive impact on the employee experience, guest experience, and financial results at honeygrow.
- Update and enhance all existing training program materials for the Team Member and Manager Training Programs including support articles, print materials, E-Learning Courses, and A/V.
- Partner with and manage an external partner responsible for translating our Team Member training program to ensure that Spanish language Team Member training materials are up to date.
- Ensure clear and consistent language and design in all learning materials that meet honeygrow brand standards.
- Ownership of the Learning Management System. This includes user management, content uploading, reporting, and content maintenance.
- Build and send reporting on LMS utilization and offer suggestions for increased engagement.
- Collect, analyze, and report on learner feedback to support the continuous improvement of L D programs.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of Learning Design experience or a degree in Learning Design
- Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Publisher, and InDesign
- Experience in Restaurant Operations Training preferred
- Experience with Playerlync, or similar LMS
- Bachelor’s level education
- 10-20% travel required
