Growth Manager (SMB Partnerships)

📍 Miami, FL (On-site)


This is an opportunity to join early and play a key role in scaling a company that is redefining how insurance works. This is not a brand role. This is a hands-on, performance-driven growth role focused on one thing: building pipeline at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end demand generation across insurance agents, real estate agents, and mortgage brokers
  • Launch and scale outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calling support)
  • Run and optimize paid acquisition (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and niche platforms)
  • Build and iterate on landing pages and conversion funnels
  • Develop and test messaging, offers, and campaign angles
  • Manage CRM workflows, lead routing, and automation
  • Partner closely with sales to increase demo conversion and close rates
  • Continuously test, iterate, and scale what works

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years in demand generation, growth, or B2B marketing in a high-volume environment
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline (not just leads or impressions)
  • Strong execution across outbound, paid media, and funnel optimization
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and related tools
  • Ability to write compelling copy and launch campaigns independently
  • Analytical mindset with a strong bias toward speed and execution

  • Consistent flow of qualified demos for the sales team
  • Decreasing cost per demo over time
  • Clear understanding of which channels and messages drive conversion
  • Tight feedback loop with sales that improves close rates
