Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RF Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing radio frequency (RF) systems and components, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Minimum Qualifications:
We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas.
Salary Range: Radio Frequency Engineer II: $89,755.50 - $134,633.25 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RF Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing radio frequency (RF) systems and components, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop RF systems, including antennas, amplifiers, filters, and transceivers.
- Perform simulations and modeling to optimize RF performance.
- Conduct testing and validation of RF systems and components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF systems into larger projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve RF-related issues in existing systems.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in RF technology.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or Engineering Degree / Technical Degree
- Two (2) years of related experience in RF/Microwave Engineering with standard modeling and design tools
- Proven experience as an RF Engineer, with a strong understanding of RF principles and practices.
- Proficiency in RF simulation tools and software.
- Experience with RF testing and measurement equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a “US Person” under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- 2 to 4 years work experience with RF receivers, transmitters and/or filtering designs; knowledge of modulation techniques; antennas; correlation; or signal processing
- Experience with design tools such as: ADS, Microwave Office, Ansys HFSS
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills to interface with key internal and external customers, i.e., executives, military officers, government officials, etc.
- Exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness to design and deliver highly advanced solutions
