As an Advanced Data Scientist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven insights and innovation. You will report directly to our Senior Director of Data Science and you'll work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by applying your expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis to develop and implement advanced algorithms and analytical solutions. You will manage end-to-end data science projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the successful delivery of actionable insights. Additionally, you will provide mentorship and guidance to junior data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development of complex AI solutions to address specific business needs, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and robustness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems and processes
- Work directly with product managers and business leaders to understand requirements and align AI initiatives with overall business objectives
- Lead the end-to-end AI development lifecycle, including project planning, resource allocation, and monitoring progress
