As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play
a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing
operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies
to optimize production processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives,
and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational
excellence.
You will report directly to our Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor,
and you’ll work out of our Danville, KY location on a full-time work schedule.
In this role you will use your extensive knowledge of manufacturing engineering
fundamentals to help Honeywell deliver innovative solutions that meet the
evolving needs of our customers. You will contribute to the development of
Honeywell's next generation of products while supporting new products from
concept development through the start of production for manufacturing cost,
yield, and schedule execution. You will be part of a group of highly committed
professionals who support current product value engineering and the
optimization of the manufacturing process. Use your manufacturing engineering
experience to support development of new products, standards and processes to
achieve manufacturing goals. You will support daily production activities and
drive improvement in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

- Product dispositions of non-conforming hardware
- Issue identification and analysis
- New Product Introduction
- New Product Line Integration
- Maintenance of Automation
- Perform make/buy analysis
- Initiate capital appropriations requests and financial justification
- Specify and recommend capital equipment in fabrication and assembly applications
