Advanced Piping Design Engineer

As an Advance Piping Design and Layout Engineer here at Honeywell, you will utilize your expertise in plant layout and pipe stress analysis to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will collaborate with a team of engineers to design and optimize piping systems using industry-standard codes and design practices. In October, 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and layout piping systems for various industrial applications
• Perform pipe stress analysis using Caesar software
• Ensure compliance with ASME B31.3, ASME B 31.1, and other international design codes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize piping designs for cost, efficiency, and safety
• Provide technical support during project construction, commissioning, and startup
• Conduct design reviews and participate in HAZOP studies
