As an Advanced Project Engineer with Honeywell Smart Energy, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of innovative and cost-effective solutions for smart energy solutions, including (NPI) New Product Introduction. You will work with cross-functional teams, customers, and external partners to deliver high-quality products and services that meet the needs of the market and the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will support the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring successful execution and delivery for advanced process control software and outcome-based solutions and enterprise performance management
- Guide and manage advanced projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and meeting customer requirements
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to Honeywell NPI process i.e., Z21.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including senior management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies
- You will impact the success of our projects by driving efficiency, managing risks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
