Key Responsibilities
- Participate in project requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing for the assigned project, ensuring 100% compliance to phase gate reviews and all deliverables are submitted to the customer on time.
- Lead and implement software projects for an integrated system or sub-system, including warehouse distribution center, material handling machine control system, conveyor, merge and sorter sub-system, and provide input to and contribute to the planning, reporting and management of the project in addition to technical implementation.
- Demonstrate and recognize project success from multiple levels of financial, technical and timeline management responsibilities.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing program requirements and associated documentation, maintaining all technical program communications with customers, driving product and project execution improvements and continuous improvement efforts.
