Assembler Level 1 (Day Shift)
As an Assembler Level 1 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for assembling components and subassemblies to create finished products. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will impact our production efficiency and product quality by ensuring accurate assembly and adherence to standard operating procedures. You will work as part of a team to meet production targets and contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.
Hours: 7AM – 7PM
Shift: 2-2-3 schedule
Example:
2 days on: You will be scheduled to work for two consecutive days.
2 days off: After your two workdays, you will have two consecutive days off.
3 days on: Following your initial two days off, you will then work for three consecutive days.
2 days off: Finally, you will have two more consecutive days off before the cycle repeats.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assemble components and subassemblies according to blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and resolve any issues that may arise.
