What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembly 2nd shift position at Honeywell?
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assembly & Test Tech - Level 2 to join our team. As a Production Technician, you will be accountable for producing high-quality products and services for our valued customers.
Your primary responsibilities will include assembling and inspecting products to ensure the highest level of quality, maintaining a safe and efficient work area, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate assigned equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate the implementation of the Honeywell Operating System.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas.
- Adhere to all safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify areas for improvement.
- Perform product changeovers as required.
- Make necessary corrections to the production process to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct equipment testing to ensure optimal performance.

YOU MUST HAVE :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly and testing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and instructions accurately.

- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing ethics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
