Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as an Outreach Engineer.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist the outreach team in identifying viable candidates for the program and establishing contact with customers to explain program benefits.
You will also be responsible for overcoming customer objections and concerns, collecting data required for analysis and reporting of savings results, and preparing demand response reports and presentations for potential and existing customers.
In addition, you will interface with local contractor teams to ensure project implementation is executed within the specified timeline and develop, update, and maintain customer tracking reports.
