You will report directly to our Chief Technology Officer and you will work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving innovation, fostering technical excellence, and shaping the long-term technical strategy of Honeywell's PPE division. By providing expert guidance, mentoring engineering teams, and leading cutting-edge research and development efforts, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Honeywell remains at the forefront of technology and engineering in the PPE industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide expert technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, influencing product development and innovation in the field of PPE.
- Work with the CTO and executive leadership to shape the long-term technical strategy, setting the direction for Honeywell's PPE initiatives.
- Assess technical risks and opportunities, providing recommendations for mitigating risks and seizing opportunities in the PPE market.
- Develop technology roadmaps in alignment with business objectives and market demands in the PPE industry.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and their potential impact on Honeywell's PPE business, making recommendations for integration or investment.
