Honeywell is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist (REMOTE)
This is an exciting opportunity to provide inside sales and customer support for our portfolio of Demand Response programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and leads
- Make outbound calls to resolve outstanding enrollment barriers
- Uncover customer interests and needs, discuss Demand Response programs available
- Become a subject matter expert on our portfolio of Demand Response programs; promote benefits
- Discuss eligibility requirements as defined in the terms and conditions
- Resolve customer issues and address obstacles impacting enrollment
- Initiate continuous improvements in rebate processing and procedures
- Generate/ update reports and excel spreadsheets
- Partner with program lead and field representative to resolve issues and improve performance
You Must Have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Intermediate computer experience (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
