We are seeking a Director of Indirect M&A Sourcing and Procurement to lead all Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) activities for Indirect Sourcing and Procurement. This includes overseeing divestitures and spin-offs activities as well as acquisition integrations.
This position is responsible for leading all M&A indirect sourcing activities including project managing contract disposition, contract analysis, and contract negotiations including contract assignments/novations/bifurcations. The role would also play an important part in the design of procurement separation strategies for divested businesses and the design of standalone procurement functions. More specifically for integration projects the position is responsible for analyzing spend and developing supplier consolidation and contract harmonization strategies to reach cost synergy targets. In all scenarios the position is responsible for carefully managing supplier relationships during M&A phases as well as extensive stakeholder management. The position is also responsible for coordinating all activities related to M&A indirect operational procurement such as PO readiness, supplier setup with correct legal entity information, etc.
All responsibilities require effective project management and coordination across multiple teams including legal, finance, IT and other functions. The position will require the ability to create and manage detailed project plans as well as track and report key metrics such as project progress on contract disposition or synergy savings.
You will report directly to our ISC M&A Leader and can work out of any U.S. Honeywell Hub location (Charlotte, Atlanta, Houston, or Phoenix) on a hybrid 3 work schedule.
