As an R&D Electrical Technician at Honeywell Thermal Solutions, you will support research and development of electrical systems with our combustion engineering team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, test, and optimize new thermal solutions products.
You will have a direct impact on the development and improvement of industry-leading thermal products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test electrical components and systems.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems, including three-phase A/C, to identify and resolve issues.
- Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including specifications, test procedures, and work instructions.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve product performance and manufacturability.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and processes.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in electrical testing and troubleshooting

- Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Experience with research and development processes
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- Proficiency with electrical testing equipment
- Knowledge of electrical systems and components
