About the Role:
Honeywell is seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Manager to join our team in Colonial Heights, Virginia. As an R&O Maintenance Analyst Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the maintenance team to achieve maintenance excellence.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all equipment is maintained in compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and manufacturer recommendations. You will manage a team of maintenance technicians, schedule maintenance tasks, track equipment maintenance records, and focus on regulatory compliance and safety.
You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager and work out of our Colonial Heights, VA location on a 100% on-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success and sustainability of Honeywell by strategically managing maintenance and repair operations.
