For more information visit : Benefits at HoneywellKey Responsibilities : Responsible for the execution of all inspection activities within the metrology lab.Perform First Article Inspections (FAI), process capability studies and Gage R&R analysesFamiliarity with inspection equipment including but not limited to : Touch and Non-Touch CMMsRing, Plug and Pin GagesProfilometers, Micrometers, and CalipersElectrical and leak testing equipmentCreation and modification of CMM programsRecording and entering inspection results into various tracking and documentation systems.Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.Effectively prioritize metrology activities to ensure production needs are satisfied. Calibration and asset management. Support of the Material Review Board (MRB) processes.U.S. citizenship is required due to contractual requirements. Applicants must also be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of security processingThe application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates. - Experience in collaborating with technical teams.
