As an Experienced Production Planner Coordinator, you will apply your expertise and knowledge in finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve production control output and continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- 1st shift 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday
- Maintain continuous surveillance of material status to ensure that problem areas are identified and addressed to prevent impact to production and program goals.
- Take action to prevent, minimize or eliminate any impacts due to material problems.
- Report the status of material to allow other functional groups to focus their efforts to effectively support program material goals.
- Cycle counts
- Physical inventory and reconciliation.
- Follow necessary procedures, controls, analysis, and records to ensure an effective and auditable inventory control system.
- Coordinate/execute material transfers.
- Managing and running program open order reports.
- Coordinate physical inventories, reconciliations and reporting of material in support of on-going programs, program close-outs, and terminations.
- Material availability review.
- Continuous improvement.
