ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Failure Analysis Engineering Intern here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to cutting-edge projects. You will work closely with our team of experienced engineers and professionals, learning from their expertise and applying your knowledge to real-world challenges. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the industry and help you develop essential skills for your future career in mechanical engineering.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Inspect, test, and deconstruct electronic components (e.g. resistors, capacitors, inductors, relays, microcircuits, etc.)
- Be a part of the Failure Analysis Lab (FAL). This lab is also responsible for some materials testing (e.g. FTIR, epoxy testing, prohibited materials analysis, etc.) and there may be some cross training, but focus will be on electronic components
- Work hands-on in a lab environment
- Collaborate/Interact with other members of the team
Location: Glendale, AZ
Pay Range:
The hourly base range for this position is $23/hr-$33/hr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
