You will prepare, update and provide technical documentation and submittals forapproval and construction from building engineers, customers, contractors andinternal team members. You will manage revision and correction of workinstructions to be used by field installation teams. You will update the asbuilt documents to be used by field technicians for maintenance and service. You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives in theprocesses related to project delivery and field service. You will collaboratewith central engineering teams to gather information, use tools and update thecentral archives for each project delivered.
Key Responsibilities :
- Validate customer request. Review inputs, ensure scope clarity, and map customer expectations in actual deliverables.
- Collaborate with customer and field technicians
- Converse and communicate with the customers' representatives for project initiations, RFIs & project close-out.
- Ensure quality & specification compliance of deliverables for projects.
- Act as technical interface to customers to ensure that projects are executed within agreed schedule and budget to meet the customer requirements.
- Identify possible improvement opportunities in processes and standards.
- Build rapport with other cross-function teams ensuring smooth execution of projects.
