As an Field Service Technician II (Building Automation) at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our building automation systems. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-notch service to our clients, contributing to the seamless operation of smart buildings, and championing Honeywell's commitment to excellence.
You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor, and you’ll support our clients in Manchester, NH and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities::
- Remain current on all training, certifications, licensing, and safety requirements
- Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, sales managers, and customer support teams to deliver comprehensive
solutions and support to clients - Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications software/systems, programs, schematics, and product manuals.
- Quote small repair jobs, provide detailed parts, and labor requirements to estimators and sales for large repair projects
- Support in developing submittals and as-built documents for small jobs.
- Diagnose and repair issues with fire alarm systems, including troubleshooting and replacing faulty parts
Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with regulations, standards and design implemented across buildings or campuses. - Work on Honeywell’s front end supervisor software to run routine reports & review system operations
- Maintain accurate records of all installations, maintenance activities, and repairs. Complete service reports and documentation in a timely manner
